CSA Membership Agreement

 The Maddox Sweet Corn Farm agrees to provide the CSA members with an assortment of fresh produce that is grown on our farm for a period of 14 weeks.

As a CSA member you are agreeing that it is your responsiblility to pick up your box at the designated pick-up time and location.  There are no refunds for missed pick-ups.

Tha Maddox Sweet Corn Farm reserves the right to choose what produce goes in each box which is based on availability.

The Maddox Sweet Corn Farm reserves the right to make amendments to this agreement.

By selecting "Join Now" I agree that I have read and understood the CSA Membership Agreement provided by the Maddox Sweet Corn Farm.
